WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. so I ordered the jacket for a gift online and next day i get an email saying it's not available.

then in couple of days it becomes available again so instead of ordering online I called them order by phone and confirm with them that everything is fine. 3 hours later I got another email saying it's not available. I was little pissed, because, now my credit card had almost $700 pending processing charge from the two transactions and furthermore I was buying this as a gift to my sister.

So they offered me 30% off on any equal or lesser value item . Next day the coat becomes available and I call them back, and they wouldn't honor 30% off price nor the promotion I got when I originally ordered.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
