I wish they devoted as much energy to their business as they do to their cute emails. I ordered an expensive mens jacket.
It came in a battered box with no plastic bag around the jacket, the zippered pockets were opened, and the hem drawstring cord was broken. Either this was a floor model or someone else's return that had never been inspected for damage. Where is customer service? I'm not sure what will happen next, I'm still waiting to hear from customer service.
Yes, I can return the item but why should I have to pay for the return? Did no one check to make sure that the used item was at least in good condition before shipping it to a customer?
